jlipark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jlipark is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Please gamble responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jlipark.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jlipark support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlipark Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jlipark operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
